Bridgwater United is pleased to confirm Ryan Brereton will remain at the club for the 2021/22 season.

The versatile midfielder who can play comfortably play in the middle or out wide has committed is back for another season at Fairfax Park. With a long term injury at the beginning of last season behind him, Brereton will be looking to continue the form he shown towards the latter part of the disjointed 2020/2021 season.  

Ryan said, “I’m very excited to sign on for the upcoming season. The club is heading in the right direction and I’m delighted to be part of it for another year. We are all working hard to make sure we give the fans something special this season.” 

Manager Dave Pearse commented, “Ryan has come back strong since his knee injury. He is a young player with a great future and we are looking forward to seeing him continue his development this season.”
