We are delighted to confirm Jake Viney has agreed a new deal to remain at Fairfax Park for the 2021/22 season.

After returning from a serious knee injury Jake has proved himself as one of the best keepers around with lighting reactions and speed off his mark. 

A fans favourite, Jake said, “I can’t wait to get going again for my sixth season at Bridgy. I loved seeing the fans back in at the end of last season and the noise from the Ultras! I’m very excited to be staying at Fairfax Park and being a part of all the positive changes happening at the club. Our desire now is to really kick on and reach the ambitions we have set ourselves. 

After securing Viney for another year, First Team Manager Dave Pearse commented, “Jake is a pivotal part of our team. Jake is one of the best keepers around and we are lucky to have him. It is a massive coup to have him with us again, he possesses a lot of quality and I’m sure our supporters will be pleased with the news”.
