Bridgwater United are pleased to confirm the return of Connor Toland to Fairfax Park, as he re-joins the club in the role of First Team Analyst ahead of the 2025/26 Western League season.
Connor is a highly respected and vastly experienced figure within non-league football analysis, and his appointment signals another strong step forward in the club’s commitment to modern, data-driven performance management. Known for his tactical insight, sharp attention to detail, and strong work ethic, Conmor is widely regarded as one of the leading analysts in the South West non-league football scene.
Over the past few years, Connor has worked with a host of notable clubs including Taunton Town, Weston-super-Mare, Dorchester Town, and Poole Town, providing in-depth match preparation, statistical breakdowns, and performance feedback to coaching staff and players alike.
This won’t be Connor’s first spell with the Robins — he previously worked at the club during the 2023/24 season under former manager Andy Llewellyn, and now returns to Bridgwater United with even greater experience and enthusiasm under the new leadership of Lee Lashenko.
Speaking to Bridgwater United’s media team following his move, Connor shared his excitement: “Looking forward to getting back to business! I’ve been speaking to Laz for a while now and his goals and ambitions that he has set for the season are exciting, and I’m looking forward to being a part of them!”
