Bridgwater United Football Club is delighted to announce a brand new partnership with Body Mechanics.
Body Mechanics are a Bridgwater based pain and movement specialists providing injury care and performance improvement training to both the general public and sporting teams.
A team of highly skilled pain and movement specialists, that are trained to use a variety of expert techniques and methods to help treat and rehabilitate a vast range of musculoskeletal injuries, such as back pain, sciatica, muscle discomfort as well as complete rehabilitation following on from surgeries such as hip replacements and ligament reconstructions. This new partnership will see Body Mechanics provide their expertise to both men and women’s first teams.
Each of Body Mechanics clients receive a bespoke treatment plan specific to their individual needs in order to help improve movement and get them back to a pain free lifestyle.

Body Mechanics have worked with a number of local athletes and sports teams of all abilities from grassroots to Olympians. We will use the skills we have learnt from our past experiences combined with staying up to date with modern research to be able to offer the best care and advice possible.
